Its
YoP sunday update!! I've finished my 2nd project :-) Love the YoP as I've been motivated all week to try and get this finished for today - its been off my needles half an hour now, soaked and is now blocking on my bed. Hopefully it will be dry before bed!

Introducing my 2nd Summer Mystery Shawlette. Knitted using Fyberspates Scrumptious 4ply in cherry colourway.
Now to decide which project to move on to next. Something for Josie I think.
Beautiful shawl Clare! I'm looking forward to getting round to another shawl soon, its so satisfying seeing it transform after blocking!

ReplyDeletethat shawl is absolutely gorgeous :) i've got some of the chunky in that same colourway in my stash that i'm going to have to start something with after seeing this!
ReplyDeleteStunning colour and I love the lace. To dry things a bit quicker, I've been known to block onto a blanket (or a quilt with a white flannel backing) and then put that under the picnic table in my back yard. This let's the air flow over it better, without the sun getting at it to fade that lovely red.
ReplyDeletegorgeous! I love everything about it.
ReplyDeleteoooh thats so pretty - looks really usable too :)
